  : The location was central, as advertised. Plus the wi-fi was fast and breakfast croissants were provided.
  : The host was very unresponsive before we stayed and only responded with check-in details at 2.00am the day of our stay there. We were so worried we would have nowhere to stay that we paid for another apartment, that was a boat ride away, so ended up cancelling that as we were only in Venice the one day.Host was also rude on the day and threatened to evict us, even though payment had been made.The shower was broken, you had to manually hold it. The water temperature went from boiling hot to cold with any slight adjustment.The sofa bed wasn’t made up and that sofa mattress was also very dirty.

  : The breakfast was not adequate for the price.Communication with the host felt too limited.
