: Cool designer loft style apartment, nice quiet location yet close to tourist spots. Water taxi can stop 50m from the door if you book properly.
: The aircon struggled with the heatwave - this is a loft apartment and heat rises. Also, with the open plan design, noise travels from bedrooms to lounge. Also, 1 flight of stairs to negotiate - not a problem for us but for less mobile people it may be a struggle. Host was efficient but didn;t mention that if she booked the water taxi, it would be the same price but would land us closer to the apartment.

: No sign of apartment , Difficult to find if you are not local and have a lot of big baggages and walk on stone cross many bridges , come very far from venice .The key of room is not work , difficult to open , lift is not floor to door , have many stairs before door , it is room under the roof , it’s not penhouse , it’s not good for rest because bed is so small , is not good for sleep , No view . Bathroom is not work .Environment is not ok for woman or kid . Tv can not open and so small .

: a beautiful apartment with great amenities and a good location for us because it was awayfrom the crowds that occupied the area south of the Rialto Bridge. A short walk through a few alleyways and you are right in the little village of Sa'Stae with a grocery store a wonderful bakery and coffee shop a great place for snacks and a glass of wine and about five very good restaurants to choose from. It was a 7 to 10 minute walk from the Vaporetta stop
: we were on the top floor and while this is an elevator building, they somehow forget to tell you that the elevator does not go to the top floor. It stops one floor below so you have to walk about 20 steps up to the apartment. If you are traveling with heavy suitcases and you haven't been to the gym lately you might find it a little difficult. It's definitely not a dealbreaker but it's something that a renter should be aware of so that s/he can make up his or her own mind.

: Both Aline and Laura were extremely helpful before and during my stay. The flat was in a perfect location, it was exactly what we needed and in a gorgeous little square only a short
: The flat was noisy at night, certainly not the fault of the hosts but the neighbours were loud. Although there was air conditioning in the flat, the English instructions were not very good for the instructions so we couldn't work it. Very small issues, the flat was great!
