  : At first day of our stay our phones did not connect Wi-Fi with the provided username and password. Actually the codes worked initially at the check in table. I am not saying at the reception because there is a table but a staff visits there at the time of check-in only. I think they work on rotation. After settling in the room first my wife's iPhone did not connect. We left the room for an hour and when we turned back my phone did not connect as well. We needed the internet connection as you can imagine.There was an emergency number and I texted at 20.57 telling iPhone is not connecting. I had no reply. Then at 21.56 I told about the same for Android. Having no reply I made a voice call at 22.00. The guy told me that he will call back in ten minutes. He did not call back and I called the number for five times until it was answered at 22.43. By the way I was using my the limited internet package on my local GSM supplier on WhatsApp. When he answered he said he has nothing to do. Just simple things like "forget network" and type the username and password again which is something I terribly tried. There was clearly a router problem and they didn't care about the problem at all. I texted that I am asking for a favor against the mishandling. Again I had no response. The room was supposed to have internet connection when I made the booking which means I also paid for the internet connection which is crucial for life on the recent decades. This place did nothing for my problem. Even an advice. On the remaining two days we were able the connect using Wi-Fi of the reception with a low quality. And yes! This was partly the solution when I needed. Just using the other connection with a different password. At least for that night however I couldn't find the solution by myself on time. They could have given me a technical help.
