: Ca Tolentini apartment has a good location.Its close to bus and railway station and to all Venice and islands Vaporetto lines (about 3-5 min by walk). You can also get by walk to Rialto bridge (15-20 min) or to St. Marko square (25-30 min). Apartment situated in small and narrow silent street and close to caffs and tourist routes.We stay for one week with 2 children and it was enough comfortable.
: There was no moskito nets on windows and moskito bets in the night time,especially children were unhappy !Apartment price is enough expensive and not equal to living comfort !

: The location of the apartment was great. It is just off a canal and it feels brilliant to step out of the door in to Venice for real. The train station, bus piazza and main vaporetto stop is very close too. So simple to just arrive and get the holiday started within minutes of arriving in the city. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay - good bathroom, washing machine, beds and kitchen equipment. It also felt very safe with plenty of locks on the door and not quite on the main thoroughfare. Breakfast is evry easy to sort with nearby bakeries or a short walk to the Conad supermarket.
: The kitchen is quite small so don't expect to cook easily. Even making drinks was a bit of a challenge. The AC was fantastic for the bedroom but didn't reach the living room very well. The overall cleanliness was not that great. Cupboards were a bit grubby and the smell wasn't good.

: City taxes levied by the property on the visiting tourist. I was not aware of this, nor that it was mentioned on booking.com when doing the booking. Also the existing cooling system is not good enough for two-rooms apartment, especially for the Italian summers nowadays.
