  : This is the most awaful experience I has ever had when sightseeing in Venice. We found bed bugs one twin room and one triple room facing the Canal. This cuased my relatives itching, scratching and hardly slept for the whole night. I am sure that all of the rooms facing the Canal were infected because of the humidity. Through negotiation, the manager promised to refund one night stay for each room but did not fullfill it ever since.

  : Great location to main train station and easy walk around the San Polo area.
  : Only issue we had was the shower connection wasnt stable and fell out when showing. Shower curtain not very clean

  : Airona hotel and the worst canal leaves: charged twice. 2 charges hoping they won't notice. They refused to refund even though Booking and Visa requested. A refund was made with difficulty only after arriving at the place! Rooms without toilets. Swallowed a shower. no fridge without a kettle. Broken portable air conditioner. and not installed well, then the window must be open. broken windows Clogging in the shared showers. No shampoo. There is no view in the window of the room even though they promised! And the worst of all: bad attitude of the room lady screaming from 9 in the morning to check out. If you delay for 5 minutes at the exit, the chambermaid takes pictures and screams and humiliates and throws away your belongings. Horrible attitude! The feeling of a hotel of criminals.

  : El hotel deben cerrarlo. Es atendido por el personal del hotel que est al lado. Por lo tanto al entrar al hotel Airone es como entrar a un lugar solitario y abandonado. Fue una experiencia desagradable. No lo recomiendo. Deben remodelarlo primero.
