  : I liked the friendliness of the staff (without exception) and how cute the island is. The breakfast was fair.
  : Room and bathroom could be better cleaned. There was no soap in the dispensers when we arrived and very little toilet paper. We had to ask reception to replenish those for us next day. There was a kettle, sugar and cups in the room, but no coffee nor tea. Also, vaporetto to the island only runs every 20 minutes until around 6pm. After that it runs every 1 hour, so good luck if you miss your boat!

  : It's a very peaceful and quiet place yet only a short boat ride from Venice and St. Mark's. The rooms are very basic (as pictured) but clean and comfortable. It was nice to be able to leave the Venice crowds behind and enjoy the beautiful grounds of San Servolo. I would stay again.

  : Only breakfast was good
  : Everything, I came back with a trauma. Building was under construction, smell of paint was everywhere, air con was not working. We have reported it to the reception but after few hours issue did not get resolved. We went to the reception but only security was there, offering us some extra blankets. It was cold and we couldnt open the window - smell of paint was giving us headache. All building was full of maintenance kit, lights not fitted, ventilation not covered. For that amount of money, please avoid. I am waiting for customer service to come back to me as I am expecting a refund for this stay. It was unacceptable and I was travelling with my parents. I have argued different rooms - they were not offered to me, staff was not interested with helping us at all. Missing pillows and towels, the list is long.
