  : Room and bathroom were huge and comfy! Bigger than our master bathroom in the states. The balcony was enjoyable in the evening and morning.

  : When we arrived, the staff kindly greeted us and we were offered a free upgrade to a room in the main hotel, a very nice offer in this transition between lockdown and full tourism. They gave us a room facing the canal with two balconies, nice for watching merchant and residents' boats pass by! Everything worked fine, most importantly the air conditioning, and cleanliness was excellent.
  : The historic palace did not have zanzariere - mosquito screens. Although we enjoyed having balcony doors open at night, it was an invitation to mosquitoes. Air conditioning was the better solution. Also, we would have preferred a shower instead of a small, slippery (massage jet) tub with shower head.

  : The location of the apartment was amazing, everything was near by and easy to find. The apartment was very clean and in the hotel style. Marco was an amazing host, we really appreciated his recommendations for food and attractions! Overall we had a great stay!
  : The air conditioning was very loud and hard to regulate, and some utilities in the apartment were missing; there is no cutlery which during the pandemic with take out food would be appreciated :)

  : The place is not far from Piazza San Marco, and in a neighbourhood that I define almost authentic: you can find a small and cheap bar here and there, you have local people etc. The place is clean and very beautiful.
  : unfortunately, the bed linen had a spot, but the staff promptly changed it with another one
