: Location was great and some features are interesting
: We were on the ground floor and the room felt pretty sparse and low quality compared to the opulent pics (which are of the suites I have no doubt!) normal plugs didnt work and we had a back and forth with pretty young and rude receptionists who said 3 prong was the norm in Italy nowadays and made us out to be super old school 30year olds who hadnt been using plugs in Italy for the previous 2 weeks..! Air con kept breaking and flashing HELP and when asked to change rooms was told theres another room next toYours but yours is honestly better - the other one is super noisy All in all for the price we paid, and we stay in many hotels, not happy with this place.

: We had a large room for Venice with a very comfortable very large bed decorated in Venetian style. The location couldn't be better The included breakfast was excellent and the coffee was superb.
: Understandably because this is a very old building it lacks some of the modern amenities bit that was more than compensated by the style and location. The only small issue we a very noisy air conditioning unit.
