  : adress written in the offer is unusable. Ok it is the official adress used in venice but not to use in google maps to find/locate the room. Would be better if you would tell the street name in the offer and not only area.And please tell in the offer how check in and key would be organized and that using whats app is mandatory. Probably interesting for people without having smartphone and/or whats app...

  : Lots of space and comfortable bed
  : Think twice before you choose this place. The apartment building is located at a back alley that has trash and dog poops on the ground. The apartment is spacious and beds are comfy, but the kitchen and one of the bedrooms have a bad fish smell. Washer is in a utilities room on the gourd floor, next to dirty floor mobs. There were quite some mosquitoes in the rooms and all three kids got bit several places. We were provided only two dishwasher tablets and a few anti mosquito tablets even though we booked four nights. Landlord ignored our repeat requests for more supplies and eventually agreed to send us more after we threatened to file complaint.

  : - Location: The apartment is central and has easy access to everything. Only a few minutes walk from central station and other vaporetto stops. Bars, shops, restaurants etc all on your doorstop. There is also a small supermarket just a couple of mins away which has everything in terms of essentials.- Apartment: The apartment is beautifully renovated and it's huge. 120m2 in total with private balcony. Two large bedrooms with two large bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and everything you could need in terms of equipment. Also has a lift which is handy when brining up luggage.- Welcome kit: There are some essentials provided which I really liked: Dishwasher tabs, extra bin bags, extra toilet paper, towels, bed linen etc etc. Additionally some recommendations on restaurants nearby and in Venice. - View: Stunning view on the grand canal. - Access: Super easy to find and no need to carry around keys as it's accessible via code. The location and area to access the apartment also felt safe.- Free Wifi: A must for our kids when relaxing and chilling out in the evening after a long day exploring. Connection was good however not very strong so I couldn't connect my work laptop a couple of times.
  : - Initial payment/contact: We had to pay using an external link which wouldn't work in our case so required PayPal. This was most concerning as we didn't feel confident at one point booking was legitimate. Additionally, we did not receive exact details on address, codes etc until 15h on the day of arrival. Meaning we we unsure where to head initially. - Apartment: They say this on the site however please note it is noisy. The bedrooms look over the grand canal and while the sound proofing is great, you are best to bring earplugs for a good night sleep. Additionally, we had a number of mosquitos that we had to deal with and we all got bitten a few times which was not unexpected but unpleasant. Lastly, there is no washing machine despite what it says on the site. This wasn't a big issues for us (just hand washed essentials) but may be for those groups staying longer. - Support: We sent a note to the host at one point asking questions/clarification however they never responded. Unsure if this would be the case if we had an actual problem. That said, they were super reactive and responsive up until we arrived safely in the apartment. Terrace: Furniture was not cleaned and the lounge furniture was not present as per website pictures.

  : Great location, large rooms and great facilities. Nothing to complain about here. Location couldn't be better for a room with a Grand Canal view.
  : The pull out couch/bed was not very comfortable, but then again, we expected that. A little noisy at night, but not too bad considering it's location.

  : The location was fantastic and plenty of places to see nearby. Overall, besides the issue mentioned below, everything seemed very clean. The blinds (rouladens) were awesome for keeping out most light.
  : There was a huge lack of small amenities. In the kitchen there was no sponge, dish soap, olive oil, tea/coffee, etc. available for use. Sponges at the nearby store are sold in packs of 3 and we left ours, so I hope the next guests got them, but I don't think so. These should be basic. Also, there were only two wine glasses which is crazy for a place in Italy that can hold way more than two guests. The washing machine is in the basement and not marked; I only knew from reading reviews. Also one of the comforters in our closet was dirty; everything else seemed super clean though, so I feel like it might have been an oversight. I would highly recommend there being an info sheet on the table, laminated, for guests stating things like where the washing machine was, where to leave luggage after checkout, where the buttons for the blinds are (some were electric, some where not), where the clothesline was (and have pins! we lost a shirt), etc.

  : Spacious and bright apartment in a very convenient location few steps away from the central station with great view on Canal Grande. All facilities nearby. Managed by a very nice and responsive company.
